Double fatality as train collides with truck south of Grenfell | Central Western Daily

NSW Police confirmed on Tuesday night that two men died after a train collided with a truck in the Central West, about 40 kilometres south of Grenfell. At about 5.15pm on Tuesday, February 23, emergency services were called to Eurabba Lane at Bribbaree after a crash between a freight train and a b-double truck on a rural rail crossing. Officers from The Hume Police District attended and established a crime scene. Two men who were the occupants of the truck died instantly, as of 11pm that night the men were yet to formally identified.
