IF Rugby Union is in need of a big wicket come Friday night’s Royal Hotel Cup grand final, then don’t be surprised if Hugh McIntyre is thrown the ball. When Orange CYMS’ Tom Belmonte posed Rugby a threat in last week’s semi-final of the Twenty20 competition – he reached his 50 off 39 deliveries – it was McIntyre who sent him on his way.
