Wow. What a start to 2021 season. Back to playing community rugby and enjoying the rivalry and the after match shenanigans. Bulldogs old boys played well, drank port then manned the gate for hours. What a great addition to the Bulldog family. Knocker player his 371st game of rugby and ran on for first grade. Thirds came together and showed glimpses of future promise as did seconds. First grade showed immense character to beat the highly fancied Tip chooks 19-10 and then the girls shone under the lights to pip the emus chicks. We sold out of food, we had to out and get more grog (thanks Wally) and overall had an absolute ball. Can’t wait for next weeks games against the Roos.
